Responsibilities

• Willing to call, text, email and most importantly engage in person with our customers at every level.
• Must be active on the sales floor; if you are a behind‑the‑desk style manager, please do not apply.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Set objectives, establish schedules, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
