Your primary focus will be on building rapport, understanding customer needs, demonstrating our high-quality roofing solutions, and expertly guiding them through the decision-making process to close sales. You will operate with a professional and respectful presence, ensuring a positive experience for every homeowner.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads.
• Engage in consultative selling, actively listening to customer needs and concerns.
• Perform compelling product demonstrations showcasing the benefits of Evolve Roofing LLC's solutions.
• Address customer objections and provide effective solutions.
• Finalize sales agreements with confidence and professionalism.

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Our successful closers typically earn between $85,000 and $150,000 annually , reflecting the performance-driven nature of the position. We believe in rewarding your hard work and success.
