Collin Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants strong earning potential without spending hours driving from one side of a large territory to the other.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Senior Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing residential HVAC issues and delivering quality repairs while maintaining a positive customer experience.
You'll:
- Diagnose residential heating and cooling system problems
- Troubleshoot equipment and determine the proper repair
- Complete HVAC service and repair work efficiently and correctly
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations
- Explain system issues, repair recommendations, and options to homeowners
- Document completed work and maintain service records
- Maintain a professional customer experience on every call
- Follow company safety, quality, and workmanship standards
- Work independently while managing your daily service schedule
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair ability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in residential homes
- Own standard HVAC hand tools
NATE certification is a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
On-call participation is flexible. Technicians can participate in the rotation for additional hourly compensation, or discuss an opt-out arrangement.
