Experienced Residential Electrical ApprenticePurpose: As an Experienced Electrician, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the successful completion of electrical work on residential new construction projects. This position involves leading crews, managing job sites, and guiding apprentice electricians while overseeing multiple phases of each project from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve electrical and safety-related issues promptlyTake corrective action to maintain safe and compliant job sitesRead and interpret blueprints and electrical drawingsAccurately complete quality assurance and project documentationOversee and coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are metDevelop and maintain project timelines and schedulesFollow direction from supervisors while continuing to learn and refine trade skillsPerform duties across all stages of the electrical installation processQualificationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team membersCommitment to producing precise, high-quality electrical workExcellent communication skills for collaboration with builders, contractors, and project managersSolid understanding of standard electrical concepts, practices, and proceduresAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independently when neededHigh school diploma or GED equivalentValid driver's licenseConsistent, dependable work ethic and positive attitudeAvailability to work from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as requiredCore Physical RequirementsLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independentlyMobility and Agility: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periodsManual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precisionStamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–12 hour shift, often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environmentsThis job description provides a general overview of the role and does not include every duty or responsibility.
