Olive Branch ABA is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support skill development and behavior goals

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience preferred

• Experience working directly with children receiving ABA services

• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license

• Strong communication and documentation skills
