Construction Project ManagerThe Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role works closely with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to successfully deliver projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from start to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsReview plans, drawings, and project specificationsMonitor job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresResolve project issues and communicate updates to leadershipMaintain strong client relationships and support field teamsQualifications5+ years of construction project management experienceStrong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with project management software and Microsoft OfficeDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
