Experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Fort Worth, TX
Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with a senior primary care physician and deliver comprehensive family care in Fort Worth, TX .
Responsibilities
- Provide family-focused primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.
- Collaborate with the supervising physician, medical director, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain current RN license (State of Texas) and meet continuing medical education (CME) requirements for licensure and certification.
- Adhere to institutional policies, quality standards, and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Texas licensed (RN) and board certified.
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and current RN license for the State of Texas.
- Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
- Experience in family or primary care NP practice is preferred.
