Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Manager work with our Kitchen Managers to oversee the prep kitchen operations of our high volume sports grill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, kitchen management, food prep, and dedication!

Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the prep kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Able to read and understand recipes and units of measure
- Supervise and train staff to follow recipes and stay productive.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and scheduling for success
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of inventory control practices
