Experienced Personal Injury AttorneyThe Lovely Law Firm is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing plaintiff's practice. This is not an entry-level training position. We are looking for an attorney with real personal injury experience who can step in, manage cases, evaluate liability and damages, negotiate with insurance companies, work with clients, and help move files toward successful resolution.If you are a personal injury attorney who wants better support, better systems, better case opportunities, and a clear path to higher earnings, this may be the right fit.We are offering $150,000–$175,000 in first-year guaranteed compensation, depending on experience.

After the first year, the attorney will have the opportunity to transition into our attorney production/commission compensation plan, which is designed to reward performance and create significant upside.
