In this role, you will assess and prepare patients for surgery, circulate and scrub for diverse procedures, maintain a sterile and safe environment, and closely monitor patient status in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary partners. You will document care in the EMR, support patient and family education, mentor newer staff, and actively contribute to quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives within BJC’s mission-driven, research-connected health system.
