About the Role:

Virtuous Health Centers, An Interventional Pain management clinic, is seeking an experienced mid-level provider to join our team in Show Low, AZ. Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain conditions

Order interventional pain management procedures that fit well with patient care plans

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history and physical examinations

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results relevant to pain management

Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, treatment options, and expectations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements:

Active NP or PA license in the state of Arizona

2+ years of experience in pain management, anesthesia, or a related specialty preferred

DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances

Experience with interventional pain procedures is a strong plus

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Salary negotiable DOE
