A legal firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Litigation group in Green Bay or Appleton. Candidates must be licensed in Wisconsin and possess at least five years of commercial or civil litigation experience. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, and collaborating with a team. Preferred qualifications include experience in intellectual property litigation and familiarity with trial and appellate experiences. Excellent legal research and communication skills are required.
