Location: Huntington, WV

Pay: Starting around $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead-skilled and reliable Floor & Tile Installer to join a growing team. This role involves installing a variety of flooring and tile materials in residential remodeling projects, primarily kitchens and bathrooms. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials

• Measure, cut, and properly fit materials to project specifications

• Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives

• Layout tile patterns and ensure proper alignment

• Grout, seal, and finish tile installations

• Remove old flooring and dispose of materials properly

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers as needed

Qualifications

• MUST have a min of 5 years experience specifically in flooring and tile installation. *Required (will need to provide portfolio of previous work)

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to read measurements and work from project plans

• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Huntington area

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
