Mercy is seeking an experienced Labor Birth RN to deliver exceptional, family-centered care in our St. Louis obstetrics unit. In this role, you will manage laboring patients, perform ongoing maternal and fetal assessments, interpret electronic fetal monitoring, and respond rapidly to changes in condition.
You’ll support vaginal and cesarean births, administer medications and epidural therapies, and provide education on labor, pain management, and postpartum care. Working within a compassionate, collaborative culture, you’ll partner with physicians, midwives, and anesthesiologists while accessing robust professional development and innovation in patient care.
