Experienced HVAC Service Technician- Villa Park area

Paragon is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys diagnostics, challenging service calls, and working on a variety of residential and light commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units
• Work on boilers, hydronic heating, tankless water heaters, and specialty equipment
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred

• Boiler and hydronic experience
• Tankless water heater experience
• Commercial HVAC experience
• EPA or NATE certification
• Controls and advanced diagnostics experience
