Pleasant, PA and Washington, PA. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, benefits, performance management, and compliance.The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, maintains strict confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport and oversee HR and payroll activities for assigned locationsSupport the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and separationsServe as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and HR-related questionsPrepare and review biweekly payroll data for hourly and salaried employeesMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrityAssist with timekeeping review, corrections, attendance tracking, and resolution of payroll/timekeeping issuesInvestigate employee relations concerns and advise management on appropriate resolutionsEducating employees and management on company policies, procedures, and employment law complianceAdminister employee benefit programs including medical, disability, and 401(k)Support employee engagement initiatives and training/development programsSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions as neededCoordinate onboarding activities including orientation, safety training, and required documentationManage unemployment and workers' compensation claimsPrepare documentation for audits, EEO reporting, VETS-100, and other compliance requirementsMaintain HR reports, databases, project files, and schedulesAssist with company events and employee communicationsPartner with leadership and cross-functional departments to support business objectivesPerform additional duties and special projects assignedRequired Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experienceExperience processing payroll and managing the full employee lifecycleADP experience preferredPHR and/or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to maintain strict confidentialityStrong employee relations, negotiation, and conflict management skillsIntermediate to advanced payroll processing knowledgeStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent problem-solving and prioritization skillsIntermediate computer proficiencyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with corporate HR and site leadershipWhy You'll Love Working HereCompetitive pay and great benefits—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offBe part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunitiesA supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matterMeaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the worldThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting employees and leadership across two growing operations.
