The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a national gutter installation and protection franchise — and our Central Florida East location is proud to be family-owned and locally operated, serving Brevard, Volusia, and East Orange County. You get the backing, systems, and reputation of an established national brand, combined with the personal, hands-on care of a local, family-run team. We're looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a crew that does it right.
What You'll Do
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and related drainage products on residential (and occasional commercial) properties
- Operate a gutter machine to fabricate seamless gutter on-site
- Read and follow job specs and measurements accurately
- Ensure clean, professional installs that meet company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites
- Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols, especially working at height and on ladders
- Learn and use our CRM (ServiceBridge) for job documentation
- Soffit and fascia experience a plus
Pay
- Starts at a flat daily rate while you complete onboarding and training (including learning our CRM and installation processes)
- Transitions to percentage-based pay once training is complete — the better and faster you work, the more you earn
- W-2 employee position
Schedule
- Full-time, set schedule based on job assignments and crew needs
- We work Monday through Friday. Occasionally Saturdays, but never mandatory
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience installing seamless gutters strongly preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders in Florida weather
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
