Experienced Field Service Technician in Commercial Food Equipment ServiceCONES Solutions is seeking an experienced, Field Service Technician to expand our Service Team. Our service technicians are at the very core of what our company represents. They are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer commercial food equipment, providing preventative maintenance (PM) inspections, and responding to emergency service calls on equipment including but not limited to coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, and dish cleaning equipment.The right candidate will be a skilled technician - someone who thrives on independence, values customer relationships, and is excited to grow within market.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment (fryers, ovens, refrigeration, steamers, beverage systems, and more)Provide preventative maintenance inspections and respond to emergency service callsDeliver exceptional customer service while building strong local relationships with restaurants, schools, and foodservice operationsIdentify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accountsParticipate in the regular rotation of after-hours and weekend callsPursue continual skill development, including studying for and passing the 4 CFESA certification exams (Electrical, Gas, Steam, Refrigeration)Order parts and complete required paperworkMaintain service vehicleJob ExpectationsMUST possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseRead and interpret wiring diagrams and schematicsLift up to 50 lbs.
