Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice to a broad base of existing clients - potentially working up to lead attorney with these clients • Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to clients' needs • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs • Collaborate with our team of experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff • Engage with the greater Montrose community to be an ambassador for Dufford Waldeck, ensuring the ongoing success of this office Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Licensed in Colorado • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and legal time/billing systems • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
