Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment
- Measure, mix, and transfer raw materials according to production formulas
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols
- Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and production output
- Complete production logs, batch records, and required documentation
- Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chemical Operator for a minimum of 3 months
- Ability to safely work around chemicals and follow strict safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
