Our growing car wash business is seeking an experienced and initiative-taking car wash Manager to oversee our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily car wash operations
• Hire, train, and manage your team
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Manage and oversee car wash equipment
• Check car wash equipment and schedule repairs if necessaryMonitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations
• Handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and maintain financial reports including daily sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data

Requirements

• 3 years management experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to take constructive criticism.
• Excellent customer service skills, knows how to deescalate demanding situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with diligence.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven history of managing successful business with a challenging environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
