Bindery Machine OperatorNorth Canton, OH - JOB Salary Range $16.00 - $22.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with BenefitsQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: Experience operating forming, gluing, folding, binding equipment in a commercial print and packaging operationHigh attention to detailStrong work ethic and quality-focusedTeam player with a positive attitudeAbility to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periodsKey Responsibilities:Adhere to safety policies and proceduresUnderstand product quality standards, customer specifications, and visual inspection requirementsOperate and train on various bindery machines, including Guillotine Cutters, Saddle Binders, Folders, Die Cutting Equipment, and Folding/Gluing equipmentConduct regular tests of machine performance and capacityFeed raw materials into semi-automated machines and assist the assembly lineEfficiently produce assigned jobs on scheduleMaintain effective communication with the plant manager and bindery supervisorCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
