Duties
- Draft and review contracts, and handle entity formation and compliance.
- Prepare real estate transaction documentation.
- Represent clients in presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleading, discovery, trial preparation, and trial.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
- Proven success in motion practice, negotiations, and hearing/trial work.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
