About the Practice

Operatories: 7 (including 2 surgical suites)

Model: Fee‑for‑Service – patients value quality, comfort, and long‑term results

Team: Experienced, cross‑trained, and committed to exceptional care

Technology & Services: Digital dentistry, implants, lasers, veneers, whitening, TMJ/bruxism treatment, IV & oral sedation, Invisalign, spa‑like environment. CEREC experience a plus!

What We’re Looking For

• We’re seeking an experienced, high‑functioning clinician who values quality, integrity, and artistry in dentistry.
• Shares a minimally invasive and precision‑driven philosophy
• Is confident, teachable, and able to communicate comfortably with discerning patients
• Performs strong core dentistry, restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures
• Is eager to learn advanced cosmetic and minimally invasive techniques through mentorship

Schedule & Culture

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Supportive, team‑oriented culture focused on collaboration, predictability, and clinical excellence

Pay Structure: Daily guarantee and/or percentage of production (flexible)

Collections: Reliable and consistent. Patients prepay prior to treatment

Mentorship: Personalized mentorship in advanced cosmetic and restorative techniques

Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand into implant placement and soft tissue grafting, with significant earning potential

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong restorative and cosmetic dentistry skills; implant experience a plus
• Committed to quality‑driven, patient‑centered care
• Open to continuous learning and growth
• Prefers a calm, relationship‑based environment over high‑volume dentistry
