We believe in doing things the right way — by taking care of our customers and our team members.If you’re an energetic, detail-oriented professional who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team as an Experienced Appointment Coordinator in our Service Department.What You’ll Do:As an Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our guests - ensuring every service visit starts and ends with a great experience.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers over the phone, email, and text — scheduling service appointments efficiently and accuratelyHelp customers identify their service needs and explain maintenance recommendationsLearn and master our scheduling system to ensure the Service Department runs smoothlyMake follow-up calls after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage return businessConduct follow-ups on declined services to help customers take care of their vehicles and generate additional sales opportunitiesSupport the Service Manager with additional administrative and customer service tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in appointment scheduling or a customer service role (automotive experience a plus!)Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to customers and solving problemsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environmentBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quicklyA professional, positive, and team-oriented attitudeWe’re also willing to train the right candidate who brings great energy and a desire to grow!Why You’ll Love Working Here:At Mark Toyota, you’re not just an employee - you’re part of the family.
