Job Description Job Description About the Role: Do It All Roofing, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Roofer to join our growing team in Victorville, CA! Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial roofing systems
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, and areas requiring maintenance or replacement
• Apply roofing materials including shingles, tiles, flat roofing, and underlayment
• Safely operate roofing tools and equipment including nail guns, ladders, and scaffolding
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on job sites
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within scope
• Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout the duration of each project

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency with roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, tile, TPO, or flat roofing systems
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely
• Knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license preferred
