Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Process change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Negotiate contracts and procure materials
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 5 years experience in electrical estimating
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
