To support enterprise customer implementations, the full-time remote Experience Architect will design, validate, and document solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with customer needs and platform capabilities. Key responsibilities Own solution design across the Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology Evaluate and recommend the appropriate mix of Slack/Slack AI capabilities versus custom configurations Produce and maintain solution design artifacts that development and QA teams can build against Required qualifications 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms Working knowledge of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture, ideally including Salesforce products Natural curiosity and a habit of sharing design knowledge and patterns with others
