Expense Strategy & FP&A Leader

Oliver James is seeking a Head of Expense Management to lead the enterprise expense function, partnering with senior leadership to drive cost discipline and financial performance. The role oversees expense planning, forecasting, reporting and control frameworks across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 8–15+ years in expense management or FP&A, strong budgeting and analytical skills, and a track record of influencing decisions.
