This is a trainable role that will provide support to both remote and in field inspectors. This position reports fully onsite.
Please apply today!Responsibilities:Fielding calls/emails from inspectors in their timecards and expense reportsReviewing expense reports for accuracy and meeting travel policy requirements and within GSA allowable rates.Will review and correct timecards/codesData entry supportAdditional administrative tasks and duties as assignedQualifications/Background Profile:Intermediate proficiency with EXCEL is requiredPrior experience working within ADP is highly desirableDetail oriented to ensure accuracy and complianceOutstanding math skills for quick calculationsMUST be able to work onsite in Winchester, VACredit and background screening is required prior to employmentUS CitizenshipSparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
