Job Overview
Staff on Site currently has a client that is expanding, and we need an Expeditor to join their team! We are looking for someone who has prior construction experience and is passionate about home building.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors and their schedules at each job.
- Communicate with customers when someone is at their job.
- Help process job change orders as needed.
- Schedule inspections• Complete framing finish lists.
- Pick up and return material when needed.
- Inspect houses for quality control
- 1+ years' experience in the construction/remodeling industry required•
- Good with your hands and likes to build things
- Ability to lift to 50lbs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Willingness to go the extra mile: arrive early or stay late as needed
- Valid driver' s license
Job Type: Full-time Job
Pay: $65,000-80,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:
Project management: 1 year (Required)
