responsibilities:

  • Support Our Client's supply chain by tracking and expediting all equipment and material deliverables to ensure on-time delivery in line with project schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate critical vendor documentation, including drawings, RFIs, inspection test plans, and final vendor data, between vendors, engineering, and project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and project contractors.
  • Conduct regular reviews of vendor fabrication schedules, inspection reports, and purchase order data to proactively identify risks and mitigate delays.
  • Monitor and manage project milestones, document submittal schedules, and purchase order or contract closeout requirements while communicating issues clearly to all teams.
