We believe patients should have the access to services such as oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, pedodontics, and orthodontics all within the comfort of their preferred Zak Dental office.
Due to our belief of providing quality dental care patients can trust, at an affordable price, we accept most insurance plans including PPO, HMO, Indemnity, and Dentical. Patient care is our number one focus, which is why we have expanded our operations to several locations in Southern California such as Agoura Hills, Downey, Long Beach, North Park, San Diego, San Dimas, Simi Valley, Santa Barbara, Temecula, Valencia, and Ventura!

About the candidate:
- Experience is a must.

Requirements:
- Dental License from accredited US university
- NPI
- DEA certification
- Malpractice Liability Insurance
- Sedation Permit highly preferred
