Exhibitor Engagement Manager

About the Role:

The primary objective for this position is to market and sell web-based rich-media advertisements to exhibitors at leading trade shows. A driven, highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills will excel in this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish contact with existing customers and prospects via video conferencing and e-mail
• Develop effective marketing and sales communications
• Close sales by demonstrating the value of the Map Your Show advertising model
• Continue to service customers and build relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business
• Manage and upsell current business
• Develop relationships with event managers/partners
• Manage MYS software implementation to follow best practices
• Travel to strategically important trade shows throughout the United States

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• College degree or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced problem solver with strong persuasive abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Some inside sales experience is preferred but not required
• Experience leveraging AI tools to create content and improve efficiency is a plus
• Experience in the tradeshow industry as an event manager, sales professional, marketing professional, exhibitor, or attendee is a plus
• Located within daily commuting distance of Map Your Show Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio is preferred but not required
