Executive Technician (Multimedia/AV)
As the Executive Technician (Multimedia/AV), you will have a background in multimedia systems and AV support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Set up and operate multimedia equipment including microphones, video projectors, monitors, and recording devices
- Provide technical support for meetings, briefings, training sessions, and teleconferences
- Ensure AV systems are fully functional, properly maintained, and compliant with safety protocols
- Interpret customer needs to tailor technical solutions for presentations and events
- Test and troubleshoot integrated visual and audio content across multiple platforms
- Assist in the development and deployment of high-quality AV and multimedia solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless event execution and technical readiness
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Proven expertise in AV systems and multimedia equipment operation
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and integration skills
- Effective communication and independent problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting high-level executive or secure environments
