To support the executive recruiting team, the remote Executive Talent Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions while maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to attract high-caliber candidates Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking and social media, to engage potential executive candidates Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular updates on sourcing progress to the Talent Acquisition team Required qualifications 5+ years in recruiting, sourcing, and talent management Proven experience in talent sourcing in a global corporate or agency environment Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and tools Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Highly organized and able to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously
