To support the scaling of Talent Intelligence capabilities, the full-time contract Executive Talent Intelligence Sourcer will identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with senior-level and executive talent remotely, while partnering with Executive Recruiters to develop targeted market intelligence and executive talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior leadership and executive-level positions Conduct market mapping and organizational research to identify high-caliber executive talent across target industries Engage passive executive candidates through personalized outreach strategies and support strategic hiring initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive search, or strategic talent acquisition Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and advanced sourcing techniques Experience conducting market mapping and talent intelligence analysis Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive executive talent through consultative outreach
