What We’re Looking For:
Experience with whole fish butchery
Proficiency in sushi roll preparation and handling
Passion for Asian-Fusion cuisine and innovative cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in menu development and standardize recipes and plate presentations
Collaborate with management to create memorable guest experiences
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cost control, and kitchen management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
