Executive Search Lead

Experienced executive recruiters will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Executive Search Lead, responsible for managing end-to-end executive recruiting across the Payward platform, partnering with C-level executives, and handling confidential searches. Key responsibilities Own executive recruiting processes for C-level, Board, and VP+ positions across multiple brands Collaborate with Co-CEOs and the executive team to advise on critical searches and maintain confidentiality Develop and manage relationships with external search partners to optimize recruitment strategies Required qualifications 6+ years of executive recruiting experience with a focus on VP, C-level, and Board searches Demonstrated ability to close and negotiate offers at the executive level Strong business acumen to effectively pitch complex business platforms to candidates Experience managing relationships with retained executive search firms Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English at an executive level
