About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Search Delivery Consultant to support the delivery of senior leadership searches. The role focuses on identifying and engaging executive-level talent and managing candidates throughout the full search process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage senior leadership talent
- Support retained executive search engagements
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct market mapping and talent research
- Work closely with partners and clients to deliver searches
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years executive search experience
- Technology executive search experience is required
- Deep tech exposure is ideal
- Experience recruiting within VC and PE-backed companies
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
Location
- Although this is a remote position, we are looking for someone preferably in California, but also open to candidates in Nevada and Arizona.
