Executive Search Analysts support the research phase of the executive recruiting lifecycle. Working closely with Search Partners & Principals (Consultants), Analysts receive training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-style method. They are involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, including researching industries and companies, supporting business development, candidate identification, and preparing client reports. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and conducting deep industry, candidate, and client research are key responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities

• Research & Writing: Conduct industry research, identify prospective candidates, and utilize proprietary systems.
• Internal and External Communication: Support engagement efforts, maintain progress reports, assist in writing candidate assessments, and support business development activities.

Basic Qualifications

• 0-1 years of recruiting or relevant professional experience
• BA/BS degree
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting or related fields
• Ability to manage multiple projects and research effectively
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
• Strong relationship-building skills
