This position is 70% remote

Design Tasks / Activities

  • Review existing Legacy Systems to be integrated with ITBA as well as data requirements for each datasource. Data Sources:
    • IPSoft
    • ServiceNow
    • EMC SRM
    • Arcsight
    • Aruba Airewave
    • Hobbit/Xymon
    • F5 Net Mgr
    • HP SA
    • HP OO
  • Review current supported Views for data requirements:
    • Interaction Management Views
    • Change Management Views
    • Availability Management Views
    • Capacity Management Views
    • Performance Management Views
    • Customer Command Center Views
  • Design overall solution Data Model (Extended Data Model) for the entire Project, ensuring that the Extended Data Model leverages the out of the box ITBA (OOTB) data model as well as eBI/eSODA Data Model
  • Design a list of ITBA Dashboards (Views) to replace required Views from above
  • Define at a high-level Scorecards/KPIs as follows:
    • Server Management one (1) Scorecard and up to ten (10) KPIs
    • Network Management one (1) Scorecard and up to five (5) KPIs
    • Storage Management one (1) Scorecard and up to five (5) KPIs
    • Service Management one (1) Scorecard and up to ten (10) KPIs
    • Application Health Management one (1) Scorecard and up to five (10) KPIs
