Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer's representative and distributor that designs specialized and custom fluid handling and heat transfer solutions for heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial systems. Our client is looking for a motivated professionals to join their Technical Inside Sales team. You'll be trained on the products, systems, and processes, and you'll gain hands-on experience across order management, project support, and customer service while working alongside the outside sales team.
Order Entry and Processing Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time. Work with internal departments to keep orders moving and help solve problems as they come up.
Learn to prepare and submit documentation such as proposals, quotes, and product specifications to meet customer and project requirements.
Equipment Procurement
Place orders for equipment and materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
Customer Service Respond to customer questions, share product information, and help resolve issues. Build relationships with customers through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
Supporting Outside Sales Partner with outside sales representatives on lead generation, customer follow-up, and order coordination. Learn the sales process firsthand from experienced reps.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or an office setting is a plus but not required.
Interest in learning technical products and how mechanical systems work.
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
Structured on-the-job training in a specialized technical industry. Mentorship from experienced inside and outside sales professionals. A clear foundation for long-term growth in technical sales or project management.
