Sales Representative – Entry Level Front Page Agency Inc. As we support the expansion of major telecommunications services, including Spectrum and Cox, we're looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to help connect customers with reliable internet and communication solutions. Whether you're experienced in sales or looking to develop new skills, we provide hands-on training, professional mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, introducing telecommunications services, identifying customer needs, and helping individuals select solutions that fit their lifestyles. Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages. Assist customers throughout the enrollment and acquisition process. Build positive customer relationships while representing our telecommunications partners professionally. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development sessions. Develop communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills. Comfortable engaging with customers in person. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. 700 weekly base guarantee or performance-based commissions, whichever is greater.
