To provide world-class executive recruitment support for key senior searches across the enterprise, the full-time Executive Recruiting Manager will manage the full life cycle recruiting of equity-eligible leadership positions, develop talent pools, and partner with executive leaders while being based in Charlotte, NC, New Britain, CT, Towson, MD, or remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct searches for senior positions and create comprehensive position specifications to attract top talent Provide consultative advice on executive recruiting processes and establish trusted relationships with senior leaders Develop and maintain a pipeline of senior leaders for future organizational needs while identifying gaps in succession plans Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in senior-level corporate recruiting, preferably with exposure to retained executive search firms Demonstrated ability to influence senior hiring managers and candidates through a high-touch approach Deep experience with multi-component compensation programs Proficiency in recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
