The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter with proven experience supporting growth-focused businesses to join our internal team. In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, helping companies hire top performers while shaping the next phase of Rose James Company's own growth.
What You'll Do
Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate evaluations
Manage multi-monthly placements across sales, marketing, and operations roles
Build strong candidate pipelines for growth-driven companies with high hiring needs
Candidate MUST HAVE
3+ years recruiting experience working with scaling or growth businesses
Demonstrated success with resume sourcing and building candidate pipelines
Strong phone and virtual interviewing skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and placements at once
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
