Salary: $72,384/year salary + uncapped commission

Location: Del Mar, CA

Schedule: HYBRID, 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage full-cycle direct hire recruiting for mid to senior level professional positions. This role combines recruiting, client relationship management, and sales/business development. The Executive Recruiter will partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and generate new business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid to executive level professional positions
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Develop client relationships and generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and marketing efforts
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Serve as a resource to clients and candidates on market trends, hiring conditions, and recruiting best practices
• Negotiate fee agreements and support the placement process from initial search through hire
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and job order information within applicant tracking and CRM systems
• Participate in networking and business development activities to expand client relationships
• Support candidate onboarding and respond to client and candidate needs throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and business development or relevant industry experience
• Previous sales, business development, or client-facing sales experience required
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with both recruiting and sales goals
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional work experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
