Frontline Source Group is growing–and we’re looking for an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area, with occasional in-person team connection opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume recruiting desk across professional sectors
- Source, recruit, and build strong candidate relationships
- Conduct high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Partner with account managers and contribute to team success
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Support business development and cross-selling efforts
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and coaching
What You Bring
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional services required)
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
