What the Role Looks Like
- Identify and reach out to management-level candidates
- Run outreach across phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Conduct structured phone prescreens
- Assess fit and guide strong candidates forward
- Keep your pipeline active and candidates moving toward interviews
Success here comes from urgency, structure, and consistency.
What Makes Someone a Fit
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (preferred)
- A track record of hitting billing or revenue targets
- Experience placing mid-to-senior-level professionals
- A strong, confident phone presence
- Genuine comfort talking with senior industry leaders
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Commercial construction is a big plus
