These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: researching, networking, sourcing, interviewing, checking references, negotiating and delivering candidates.Qualifications:Successful track record meeting or exceeding established goals.Ability to conduct probing interviews and identify motivating factors and deal-breakers to remove margin for error on placements.Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting customer expectations.Strong interpersonal skills are required with an emphasis on the ability to build lasting relationships.Must have strong computer skills with proficiencies in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (especially Word and Excel), internet search skills, and professional and social networking sites.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.B.A. or B.S.
